Booking terms

FREE REBOOKING
Applies to all bookings made directly with Holiday Club (not through external sites such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Skistar, etc.).

  • The first rebooking is free; thereafter, each new rebooking costs SEK 500 (payable upon rebooking).
  • Rebook no later than 5 days before arrival.
  • The new date can be chosen up to 6 months ahead from the date you make the rebooking.
  • Subject to availability and available rooms.
  • If you change to a more expensive date/room type, the price difference must be paid.
  • No refund if you change to a cheaper date.
  • Applies only to individual bookings – not to group reservations.
  • Rebooking is made via email to: reservations@holidayclub.se

CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Do you want full flexibility and the option to get your money back? Add cancellation protection for 10% of the booking amount.

  • Allows free cancellation no later than 16:00 the day before arrival.
  • The cancellation protection fee is non-refundable.
  • Can only be purchased at the time of booking – not afterwards.
  • Cancellations are made via email to: reservations@holidayclub.se

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • All bookings are paid directly by card (Visa or Mastercard).
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email – please check that all details are correct.
  • Upon check-in, you may be asked to present identification and your confirmation.
  • The amount paid is non-refundable, except according to the terms of the cancellation protection.
  • In case of no-show, the booking is considered forfeited.

CHECK-IN

  • The reception is open 24 hours a day.
  • If arriving after 22:00, please contact the hotel by email at info@holidayclub.se
  • Any comments or issues with the room must be reported immediately upon check-in.

HOUSE RULES & LIABILITY

  • Holiday Club reserves the right to deny accommodation if a guest’s behavior or condition disturbs other guests or staff, or if payment cannot be made.
  • Minimum age for booking is 18 years.
  • Disturbances in rooms or public areas will incur a fee starting from SEK 2,500.
  • Damage to rooms or property will be charged at actual cost plus an administrative fee of SEK 2,500.
  • Holiday Club is not responsible for belongings kept in hotel rooms or other areas.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strike, fire, war, or government decision), the agreement may be terminated without liability for compensation.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data necessary to complete your booking and stay. This may include information about identity, contact and payment details, any allergies, and use of key cards for security purposes. We store your contact information to send you information and offers, in accordance with our privacy policy.
